SInce 4 years I spend most of my time in Andalusia/Spain. I think, that it has changed my look at the world, life, love and future. And on how the wold is going through 18 month of of a so called pandemic. The worst time since WWII

I just watched a documentary made with the Dutch journalist, scientist and TV maker Maurice de Hond. The docu was filmed in the Andalusian countryside where de Hond is interviewed by a Dutch/Flamish lady. Who lives in Andalusia since 12 years.

The interview started a bit slow and I wanted to switch off. But after a short while, Maurice started to tell about his life, his vision at life now, his look at the future and love. This all in the Andalusian scenery made it very heart warming for me.

In the beginning Maurice explained his research resulting in how Covid really was spreading around. And that most of the so called experts were wrong. The restricting regulations advised to the government had an adverse effect. He honestly told that he had decided to be vaccinated due to his age and underlying health problems. Expressing that if he were 30 years younger he would not have taken the jab.

He now he was facing the challenge that his 12 year older daughter could decide by herself if she was going to be vaccinated or not. Hard to believe, in Holland kids can decide for themselves, against the will of their parents. Should his daughter follow the advice of her dad or giving in to the pressure of the school and friends? Dad Maurice expressed that in the end he would respect his daughter’s decision. With pain in his heart.

He than changed to the time when he was a kid and his parents trusted him with whatever he was going on with his life. They respected what Maurice decided to do. That’s how he wants to raise his children. His grandparents died in a German camp and his mother survived concentration camp experiments only being able to have 1 child; Maurice

This brought me back to my childhood. I had very modern thinking parents that left us 4 kids almost free in what we decided to do. My mother, 1/2 Jewish, came through the war on false papers. My dad was head of the regional resistance and worked at the village hall. Making transport papers for the Germans. He had his hands on real German documents paper and took some home. In the cellar, among 8 refugees (onderduikers) there was a printing machine. Making false papers for people on the run and my mother. I wrote about them in Fight For Freedom on this platform.

Than came the crucial question: “how long he thought that the Covid drama would last?” Maurice hesitated. Every time the “experts” round the governments push the Fear Button, we could start all over again. Being cause of new Covid versions or a totally new virus. Maybe the Flu will show up again. The Flu would not be a problem but the “experts” might advise similar restrictions as for Covid. Maurice confirmed that masks, 1,5 meter and other regulations are bad for our health. Jabs can be dangerous in certain circumstances.

Following is my view and has nothing to do with the interview. I have forecasted 5 years. Now the followers will all follow the regulations, take boosters and wear masks, if asked to do so. Only if the vaccinated people start to realise that the vaccine needs to be boosted regularly and still does not provide full protection, we might see a turn-over. Sadly that will take a lot of victims.

It were the similarities in Maurice’s story that made me listen to the very end. However his statements come from scientific wisdom, mine come from guts feelings.

Let’s hope that somebody finds the wisdom to change the Fear Button into a Courage Switch.
