The printed version is free, but asks you to pay 5£ a month for online subscription. It is mainly founded through advertising.
The paper is so critical, it would not survive 1 hr on the streets of Paris, Berlin or Amsterdam. However I’m awaiting when Dutch or German online papers will follow this example.
Let’s hope The LIGHT Newspaper survives. And that other Online critical media will follow.
